CONSTRUCTION
Construction is the subject which allows us to have a more realistic view of our projects, what allowing us to develop our projects from a constructive point of view and more physical. It is therefore one of the most important subjects, as without their knowledge we could not pose concepts close to reality .
Construction project
This work consists in the construction of the housing project of Les Corts. In this we study the possibilities to define the project with a constructive view in detail, allowing us to understand how the construction and materials can affect our project decisions. We work different constructive aspects of the building, such as the facade, the roof, foundation, interior... Thanks to this work our constructive knowledge allowed us to move quickly on the technical aspects that could be applied to other projects that were developed over the degree.

Rehabilitation Project
In this work we focus on one of the most recurrent aspects today by making reference to employment in already developed cities, the rehabilitation of existing buildings. In this we learned to detect and study the different pathologies that may appear in buildings and the different treatments applied to get better quality of damaged buildings.
